Here is the Troop Operations Manual

All Scouts are supposed to be familiar with how the troop works.  This manual explains almost everything you need to know about Troop 354 and how we operate.  Do you want to know what a "full uniform" means?  Or what constitutes a "Class B Uniform"?  The answer is in there.

Do you want to know what it costs to be a member of the troop?  Or what it takes to be considered an "Active member"?  That's in there , too.

Everything to run our troop is spelled out in the Operations Manual.  All you need now is the names and phone numbers of your fellow scouts.

THIS IS MUST READ STUFF FOR ALL SCOUTS AND PARENTS.

Using this page

This page is designed to give all scouts, and in particular, Patrol Leaders, with the information they need to effectively lead other scouts.  Look in the Patrol Resources pages to find such things as meal plans, openinc ceremonies and skill information that can be used to teach other scouts.  This page supplements the Scoutmaster page on which the Scoutmaster puts more detailed information on leadership and training events.

Patrols

This is the page scouts and patrol leaders can turn to to find helpful information for advancement, learning scoutcraft and managing patrol life.   Information will be posted about troop leadership and contact information.

In the PATROL RESOURCES section we have tried to compile information for patrols to use in planning campouts, ceremonies and carrying out other patrol functions.  All this information is FREE SOURCE and you should browse what is there from time to time.  Most of this informatin is duplicated in each patrol leader's resource box that he carries to all meetings.
